Shipping:


We ship both within the UK and internationally. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on your location and the delivery method you choose. All orders include tracking information, sent to your email once your order is fulfilled.

Free shipping is available on orders over £100.

Delivery times vary depending on location and courier service selected at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges:


We want you to feel confident in what you wear. If you need to return or exchange an item, please note the following:
• You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
• All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• All return and exchange costs (including postage) are the responsibility of the customer.
• Items must be returned using a tracked service.
• Exchanges will only be processed once the returned item has been received and approved.

Excluded Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and clearance reasons. This includes:

  • Sale items or items purchased during promotions/discounts. (Items purchased through our Trench Members early access (email list) remain eligible for returns and exchanges under our standard policy).
  • Underwear
  • Headwear
